Last year I went on a trip of a lifetime; to see the world, follow my dreams, to learn about myself, discover my dreams and passions, and figure out what I wanted to do in my life!

In 2016, I graduated Public Health at QUT. I always had a passion for health and helping people, but after graduating I was unsure what I really enjoyed and wanted to do. I didn’t want to just fall into any full time job and get stuck and be unhappy. I decided to study Midwifery, although I really enjoyed it there were certain aspects that wasn’t for me. So that’s when I decided to go on this trip that I have always dreamt to do!
During my travels I learnt a tonne about myself, and I really wanted to find something that really suited me and the kind of lifestyle I wanted. When I went from Europe to Asia I stayed with my family in Malaysia. At this point I was even more confused about everything especially since my trip was nearing to the end. That’s when my cousin randomly brought up Nutritional Immunology; at first I thought this is interesting to know about, but I didn’t really think much of it. I then went to Vietnam for three weeks, having this in mind but I decided I didn’t want to dwell on it. Anyway, long story short, I came back to Malaysia, my cousin kept educating me and told me about eLEAD and the possibility for a career to bring this to Australia. I had a few meetings with some other people who have been involved with NI for over 20 years and to me it all made sense.
Basically, I have always had a passion for food, health, helping people and also having the freedom of working where I want and when I want. I hope that through my own journey with NI, I can share this passion and knowledge to you guys so that we can share it and help everyone around us have the best health possible! At the end of the day health is the most important thing, if we are not healthy then we can’t enjoy life and do the things we want to do!
