Description

Soy Green is a complete wholesome meal replacement, perfect if you want to maintain or loose weight and give your overall and immune health a boost. Soy and psyllium husk provides exceptional sources of protein and fibre.

Soy protein assists in development of muscle and speeds up fat decomposition process. Soy also contains numerous phytochemicals that can inhibit the growth of cancer cells and tumours. Additionally, it contains nutrients that are extremely beneficial such as; essential amino acids, carbohydrates and vitamins. It is low in saturated fat and has minerals such as: calcium, iron and phosphorus. It also has phytochemicals, antioxidants and polysccharides!

Psyllium husk is amazing as it has both insoluble and soluble fibre. Insoluble fibre are natural cleansers, assisting the intestine to flush out toxins and ensuring a healthy digestive track. Soluble fibre forms a protective  layer, protecting our intestines and preventing excess absorption of fat and aids weight control.  By eating a high amount of fibre weight loss takes place due to fibre blocking the absorption of fat and calories in the intestines.

Preparation Suggestions

Soy green is great especially the original flavour as it can be mixed and added with anything. Even simply pouring the soy green over 150-200ml of warm or cold water and then stiring is tasty!

If you want to change things up or don't seem to enjoy it as much as I do, I have tried out a few different ways to prepare soy green (check out the pics). You can blend the soy green with cold water, ice, then any other things you like! I've tried it with banana, oats and a bit of  cinnamon for a tasty drink!

Or even freeze up some bananas then blend this with a bit of water, soy green and berries, top this with any of your favourite toppings and you have a smoothie bowl. Yum!

Enjoy :)

Note: once you open the packet consume straight away, as there is no chemicals and preservatives the whole plant ingredients will immediately oxidise. Ensuring you get the most nutrients :)
